As a coach and workplace wellness practitioner, I have supported thousands of people through challenging times, and I’m no stranger to them myself, having gone through difficult times with health and career. Recently, I’ve had to practice what I know about resilience through a year of job-hunting and over 200 job applications. With both practical experience and a solid foundation as a doubly-certified resilience coach, I can help you find your path to thriving, no matter where you are starting from.

Julie Stiles is a health and transformation Coach, wellness professional, writer, and speaker committed to empowering people to fully live their journey and radically alter their relationship to healing and wholeness through taking back their power over their well-being. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has an MA in Consciousness Studies from John F. Kennedy University.
