About the Presenter

Julie Stiles is a Health and Transformation Coach, Certified Health Counselor and member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She has an MA in Consciousness Studies from John F. Kennedy University, and is author of the forthcoming book Dying for Now: Living Your Transformative Journey.
As a recovering workaholic, Julie has first-hand experience in what burnout and overwhelm feels and looks like and how to recover; her own path has included everything from meditation to temporarily relocating to St. John in the US Virgin Islands. She has guided others to make powerful choices about how they want to live, regaining their sense of integration and reaching for their dreams.
Julie lives in the San Francisco Bay area and offers private and group coaching, workshops, and webinars, and works with people in person and worldwide via phone and the Internet.
